Tim Walsh founded the company in 1985 under the trade name Jingle Phone Productions. Originally, Jingle Phone developed radio commercials and professional phone voice recordings for business applications such as Voice Mail and Auto Attendant applications. His pioneering of Message on Hold soon followed, and our Chicagoland business quickly became one of the first in the country to successfully provide customized Message on Hold to corporations across the nation. When automated technology for contact centers took hold, the door swung wide and the market for professional voice recording solutions grew, as did Walsh Media. In the early 90's we relocated to larger offices, with greater studio and office space to accommodate our ever-increasing team of experts who have worked to make Walsh Media an industry leader in enhancing the call center experience. As the industry has changed, Walsh Media took the lead in persona design and branded voice prompts for Fortune 500 corporations, and coupled that with our call flow design and script consulting services to provide the branded experience our clients are looking for.
