Flash Memory: All of the units featured use non-volatile Flash memory, protecting your audio program from erasure due to power outages. And if power is lost, audio playback resumes automatically once power is restored.
Maximum Memory: We can provide a unit with the right amount of memory to fit your needs. Most customers start with 4 minutes of memory. But, if your hold times tend to run long, you’ll want more memory and more messaging. Let us guide your selection.
Remote Loadable: Units that are remote loadable eliminate shipping worries. We will download your custom message at a time you specify.
Fax Share: Allows the unit to share a phone line with a fax machine, saving you the cost of an additional phone line.
Night Answer: Lets you store a separate night answer message, in addition to the standard on hold message, accomplishing two tasks in one.
Password Protected: All remote loadable equipment is password protected to ensure the highest degree of security.
Media Used: Walsh Media supports all message on hold formats, from cassette and CD to mp3 and format-specific .wav files.
Warranty: Each piece of equipment comes with an extended warranty on all parts and labor. If your equipment malfunctions Walsh Media will send you a replacement unit while yours is being repaired.
